Sometimes I worry I was misdiagnosed because I have such extreme mood swings and its not seasonal depression because its consistent but I definitely go through phases of depression and what i think may be phases of mania
idk man I’m no mental health professional but I feel like I’ve had enough experience to know that it’s not just depression affecting my life
I liked my outfit today because its not something Id usually wear but its very summery and I look cute and want to go out and do things now
